Rescheduled an appointment then got a call that I missed my appointment. Called to reschedule and was told if I called again to reschedule I would be released from the practice. I explained that I had not missed my previous appointment that it had been rescheduled. Jumped on here this morning and saw the rating for this practice was 3.4. After reading the reviews I'm certain this not a practice I want to use.

First there is no place to park. I had an appointment at 11:30, got there early like you should. Was told it was going to be an hour wait so after over an hour, I was told it was going to be 45 more minutes. I only give them one star because I have to.

I scheduled an appointment and it was suppose to be April 20th and so I called today to confirm and they had no record which means some incompetent person didn’t do their jobs and I have to suffer for it

Both my husband and I saw Dr. Bal for colonoscopies and an upper endoscopy for me. I found the office staff very professional and Dr. Bal did a good job of explaining the procedures before we went under. I also appreciate Dr. Bal helping me get on top of the problems that I have had with acid reflux: giving me a diet to follow and giving me a better prescription. Although, we didn't see him for the initial consultation, his nurse practitioner did an excellent job of going over instructions before getting the appointments scheduled. We had some problem with the insurance, but once I called the office, they were right on it and solved the problem.

I had a routine colonoscopy performed by Dr. Bal. The experience was good every step of the way. Each person I dealt with was accommodating and friendly. The clinic seemed to be run efficiently and was clean and pleasant. Everyone, including Dr. Bal, treated me with respect and decency. I trust him and his staff; this place will be my choice if any future gastro issues arise in my life.

Dr. Bal was amazing. He answered all the questions I had and helped me understand what was wrong. Please See Dr. Bal for any of your stomach issues. His PA is also outstanding and has always been very kind.

I just got my endoscopy done by Dr. Bal and I could not thank the staff enough for their professionalism! Will be referring my close ones to this office. Thank you all and a special thank you to the staff in the back that made me feel at ease!

Very friendly staff, from the PA to Dr.Bal and all his staff that he has are amazing , please don't let one bad review scare you from going to this office. Trust me you will not be disappointed. Very professional

I would give 5 stars but management is never around. But who needs management when the staff is AMAZING!!!
