i have been going to Dr. Quinlan for some time. i get shots in my eye for my condition. Dr. Quinlan is very professional, excellent physician/surgeon, and on top on that, he is a really nice guy. i would find it difficult to find one better.

Terrible bedside manner. Dr Quinlan was not careful and my husbands eye hurt for weeks because of Dr Quinlans rush to get it done. Same goes for his staff. Not happy at all.

I liked Dr. Quinlan until recently when he closed his practice in Sedona and neglected to inform his patients. I find that to be an ethical breach.

Imagine the first visit having a doctor tell you that based on your diagnosis you will need a shot in the eyeball! Then the doctor does the shot and as he promised you feel no pain. Dr. Quinlan is just that good.

Dr Quinlan is a very attentive and thorough retina specialist. He is a patient and calm Dr. The support staff occasionally can be rude and not helpful at all. BUT!! Dr Quinlan is worth dealing with that.

I saw Dr. Quinlan retinal specialist a week after seeing an opthamologist. Same office, same rooms, different entity. They could not or would not access my previous records, so I had to start from scratch, paperwork and all testing. They told me a lot of things could change in a week. An assistant dilated my eyes. ME: tell me what you are going to do? HER (frustrated and impatient):O MY GOD! Me: Why did you say that? HER: (angry): NEVERMIND. She came toward me with hand held instrument like a pen. ME: Are you going to touch my eye with that? Her: YES. me: No, i cant do this. her: THEN YOU DECLINE? ME: YES. she went stomping out. I reported her to 3 different people. No one seemed surprised and no one seemed to care. I wanted to WALK. Dr Quinlan was very nice, listened carefully, and explained everything well. He was very helpful and should get a 5 star, but his staff gets minus 10. The parking is very crowded and I had to walk a long ways. ( Im Disabled).
