I've had two appointments at Epiphany (Dr. Altman), and on both occasions it was a flawless experience from top to bottom, beginning to end. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. There was even a slight issue figuring out a technicality in my insurance, and they figured it out and resolved the matter perfectly. Absolutely recommend them, 100%.

Dr Hill and his nurse were excellent but the staff up front need to pay attention to correct mask wearing. Wearing a mask below the nose or loosely does NOTHING. It is merely mask theater and is worse than not wearing a mask at all since it gives a sense of false security. It would be so easy to get this right for the future.

Dr. Hill has an excellent patient manner. He sought first to understand and address my concerrns before beginning the procedure. He talked with me during the procedure to help me feel calm and at ease. His medical assistant, David, flawlessly administered the shots to numb the surgical area -- I literally didn't feel the needle or syrum. They both made me feel very comfortable and well cared for before, during and after the procedure. If I ever have to do this again, I will specifically request them.

Very professional and quality care team. The office staff was very efficient in greeting me and providing me information on what was needed for billing as well as giving me instructions for the patient portal. Dr. Hill, Natasha and Joy were very helpful in assuring my comfort and giving me instructions for self care after surgery. Great follow-up by phone afterwards to assure that my surgical wound is healing. Would highly recommend.

I really appreciated the time Dr. Hill spent with me explaining various procedures and expected outcomes. My previous dermatologist had left Epiphany, so I asked my primary care doctor for a recommendation. She highly recommended Dr. Hill, and I was very pleased with his care.
