Long overdue review but Taylor who works all over is awesome She is very professional and met with me after I happened to find you guys while walking around parkwest. She instantly took me back to an officewhich i had no wait and went over coolsculpting and hair removal. She took her time and made a awkward situation very comfortable. I came in for underarm hair removal and was told that it wouldnt work for me and I have dark hair The manager Kelly or nurse Taylor were supposed to contact me about refunding my money that I paid and its now going on five days of being ignored I wanted to be able to do this procedure because I suffer from depression and OCD and anxiety and I thought this would make things a little bit easier for me. My only income is social security disability which means my money is very limited. This whole situation has turned out to be a nightmare which has now increased my depression and my anxiety level There is no need for me to feel like this if youre a good company youll have good customer service response and will refund my money with no issuesUPDATE After a little while the company DID refund my money.

Molly mislead me to the zoom meeting very pushy trying to schedule a meeting to a different office I told her my days off she totally ignored it and said we will get you in ASAP and booked and appointment on a day that doesn’t work for me now I found out that this appointment is none refundable.
