Kamel Sadek's Online Review Report Card

Village Medical is giving Dr. Sadek a bad name. Made appt with Dr. Sadek after making sure my medicare ins. was accepted, and the response was yes! Made appt, of course through call center in Costa Rica. Gone for appt and there was none. Made a 2nd appt with Dr. Sadek and gone to Village Medical, and there was no Dr. Sadek on that day!!!! F/D Receiptionist at no time ever said my medicare insurance was not accepted until today. Mind you I had been there the first time and there was no mention about not accepting my insurance! Need to mention when aske F/D person name, she gave it to me. 2nd time, different person, I asked name, and gave me the same name? Chuckling??? smiling??? This is a nonsense medical group, treating patients like kindergarden, which probably neither one pased the grade in kindergarden! Village Medical should be more conscious about the people they hire to run the front desk for their medical offices. No customer service quality at all. Downtalking to senior patients, apology offered to the patient for error in appt, none, Dr. Sadek was suggested by a friend and also a patient. I checked reviews from patients, I really wanted to become one of his patients, but this experience is defusing any further efforts of getting to be one more patient of Dr. Kamel Sadek!

I have had 3 appointments with Dr. Sadek. While he is pleasant and seems knowledgable, I had to wait over 45 minutes for 2 of those appointments. This is unacceptable as far as I am concerned. Time to find a doctor who cares enough to be prompt.

I tried Dr. Sadek because his office was close, and I needed to be seen. He seemed caring, so I scheduled a second appointment, at which time we discussed Phentermine for weight loss. After reading about it, I had some questions, and it took 2 weeks, using both the portal and making phone calls, to receive the answer, “That’s the way I prescribe it.” No answers to my questions. After a long talk with his M. A., I decided to try it for a month. After taking it for two weeks, while out, I experienced an episode of severe dizziness, weakness, and profuse sweating. My friend took me home where I hydrated and rested. The next day I had a second occurrence, and felt that I might pass out. I contacted his office and spoke to a different M. A., who said that the doctor was there, that she would speak to him personally, and get back to me. She didn’t. I ended up in Urgent Care and was sent directly to the ER. I didn’t hear from the office until I called to say that I’d never return. Beware!

20 years with Dr Sadek and counting! I'm happy he left IMS and joined Village Medical. His new facilities are pristine and state of the art, gold standards! (I'm not certain IMS knows the meaning of pristine, evident by the condition of their worn and torn waiting areas as last seen in November 2020) Telephones are answered quickly and handled with more urgency and care. Kudos to Village Med for acquiring such a great Dr to their organization.

Hi, Dr. Sadek has been my doctor for years. I was sad to hear he left IMS. I was however able to locate him. He is now at Village Medical 20266 N. Lake Pleasant Rd, Peoria, 85382. I was able to schedule an appointment with him on a Saturday. 1-888-698-6727.

I love dr Sadek he is no longer with IMS. And they wont tell you where he went. This is our Dr not a nail tech. He is at village medical center 20266 N Lake Pleasant road. Abrazzo Dignity Summit health. Yay dr sadek

I have been with Dr.Sadek for many years now. I have to say I've had nothing but the best care with him im was so upset to find out he is no loner with the IMS in Avondale. Im at the moment trying to search for where he maybe transferred to.

I was a patient for almost a year. So my review isn't based on just one or two visits. It's based on 12 plus. Both telemed and in person. Dr. Sadek is approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, his office has "thousands" of patients, which is evidenced by the long waits and rushed appointments. Some members of his staff are incompetent and outright rude. For example, he asked them to give me the name of a spinal surgeon and they referred me to a pediatric surgeon. When I brought that to their attention, they gave me the name of a physical therapist. When I asked what the protocol was to have records released to my new provider, she was rude and unhelpful. I had to message her three different times before she gave me the information. She responded to each message but didn't answer my question until the 3rd one. Save yourself some time, possibly more, and find a different practice.

Great doctor!! really cares about his patients.
