I have been fortunate to have had Dr. Kim Cox as my Surgeon over the last 14 years. She is compassionate, honest, sincere and trusting. She is the best in the business!! Thank you!!

Worst Dr I ever dealt with. She cares nothing about me as a patient and told me to go somewhere else to get help. I wouldn't have been sent to a breast surgeon if I didn't need surgery. She actually blamed the infection I have from second hand smoke. I have cyst like ance. The nurse explained more to me then the Dr. Some people just shouldn't be Doctors.

When I found out I had breast cancer, I met with Cancer Treatment Centers, Mayo Clinic and finally Dr. Cox. They all agreed on the treatment and plan, but Dr. Cox was and continues to be amazing. No one wants to hear they have cancer but she is no nonsense, gives you all your facts, percentages and options with clarity and she is personable. She responds quickly to messages on the platform she uses and even calls you after hours with important test results. If you get breast cancer, she should be your choice.

Very thorough and compassionate. Easy to talk to and Takes time to answer any and all questions. I walked in scared to death and walked out feeling at ease. I really like her a lot! LeAnne is awesome too! Thank you LeAnne! I know for a fact I got the BEST Doctor and office!! I'm feeling good about my upcoming mastectomy being in the hands of Dr Cox! Thank you!!!

Dr Cox is a fantastic Dr/surgeon. I went to her after receiving positive cancer biopsy results. That in and of itself is super scary let alone not knowing what was going to happen next. This wonderful, warm Dr sat next to me and explained everything so I could understand it. Dr Cox took her time with me, she drew pictures to show me everything that was going on and what she was going to do. Dr Cox tells you how it is in the most compassionate way. I felt very cared for. I had a lumpectomy with sentinel node biopsy. She did a beautiful job surgically. The follow up phone calls were made in a timely manner. Her staff is wonderful as well. I highly recommend Dr Cox and going forward should I do mastectomy she will be my surgeon hands down!

Had an appointment scheduled and we drove 4 hours from Show Low. I called to let them know I’d be about 10 minutes late and they cancelled my appointment. I tried explaining that we went through snow and ice to get to the appointment and they didn’t care! I can’t believe that this happened and now to search for a more compassionate doctor. 😢

I would give Dr. Cox ten stars if I could. Knowing this is my second bout with breast cancer and that I'm triple hormone negative, the front desk person fit me in after hours so I wouldn't have to wait for an appointment a week or two from now. Dr. Cox is knowledgeable, friendly, and very personable; she also has a great sense of humor. She sat with my husband and me and explained the pros and cons of literally everything. Instead of making me write all this info down, she did it. She had no problem with me asking questions, and explained why she answered my questions as she did. The relief for me was knowing that I wasn't the one who had to investigate plastic surgeons and oncologists and try to find someone good, who had a quick opening who also took my insurance and new patients. Her staff is doing all the legwork for me. She had a notebook full of information for me and told me to call if I had anymore questions. Also, her medical assistant, LeeAnn has been a godsend. She has been so helpful. Thanks, LeeAnn! I am 100% confident in Dr. Cox and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

I took my wife to our 1st consultation. The experience was very informative. Dr Cox spent the time to go through all our options. She was so personable and kind I left her office with my wife feeling we have made the best choice in the valley. Looking forward to our journey with her on our team. I highly recommend her.
