Dr. Hynes is very thorough and very caring. She's also very sweet.

I have never left review for a doctor, but felt I had too with Dr. Hynes. I took my 15 year old daughter to see her twice and both times she was incredibly rude. I tried to extend grace the first time thinking that we all have bad days. However, the second visit was even worse and it only lasted ten minutes. Her lack of compassion makes me question how she has any patients at all. I wish that I would have read her reviews before taking my daughter to see her and hope this helps others looking for a dermatologist.

Dr Hynes treated me for a tiny carcinoma on my hand that looked like a wart. Shows how important it is to have these things checked. Though the incision was about half an inch across, the scar is negligible 4 months later. She is very personable as well. Thanks, Dr Hynes!

I had the worst experience on my first appointment date with Lisa Hines she was very mean and rude to me didn't even say hello ship my hand examinee nothing but yet she dictated in my dictation that she had gone over all these instructions for my health care which she did not is this the template that used to Bill insurance and I was very disappointed I would never went back and I will never ever recommend dr. I came to this office after having stage 2 melonoma cancer removed with a Dr. in another state. Coming into this office the assistant and PA didn’t bother to even review my records that were sent from another office. They were like what can we help you with today. They PA that did the examination did a poor job of even looking at all my skin. He didn’t even brother to look at the back of my legs, where the cancer was.

I have pre cancer on my face and scalp. Dr Hynes treated them with frozen nitrogen. I t stung a little bit, but was tolerable. She was very friendly. My wait time in waiting room and treatment room was acceptable. She'll treat you right. Richard, Goodyear, AZ

Dr. Hynes took a biopsy from the right side of my sister's nose on November 23rd. She called to ask for results on 12/2.The holidays were blamed for length of time to get results. A secretary phoned on Thurs.12/3, late afternoon with a diagnosis of cancer. Her x153. She asked why her doctor didn't call with a negative result. She was given an appointment. A message was left for Dr. Hynes. No response. An office mgr called told her she didn't have cancer. Patient distraught. Nothing from Doc!

Dr. Hynes takes her time to really listen to your medical concerns. She is easy to talk to, professional yet down to earth, I never felt rushed. She did an excellent job on my large biopsy between my toes, it healed beautifully and there is no sign of any scar! She explained the results to me as well. I do recommend her. Also, Mara, the office manager is very kind and helpful, which I appreciate.
