Dr. Younger’s bedside manner is regrettable. The last two visits were disappointing. I have a special needs daughter and on the last two appointments, Dr. Younger was cold and spoke to my daughter in a sternly & belittling tone. I shared with her that I didn’t appreciate the tone she used when speaking to my daughter and she never once tried to clarify, apologize nor showed any sympathy about my daughter’s mental health. She may be burned out and has forgotten the importance of bedside manner.

I too have experienced poor service from the older lady who wears glasses. She is very rude and not friendly. The drive through window is always broken and excuses are consistently made. I am told I have to come in and pick up my prescription because (it won't fit through the window). Then I asked to just send the two prescriptions separate and I was told "we can't do that as that will break the device." Then get a new device for goodness sake! King Soopers hire staff that have a customer focus and please invest in your equipment.

Staff is nice but it takes a really long time and even longer when you go inside. The drive thru rarely ever works. A bad design.
