Mark Rodriguez's Online Review Report Card

Dr Rodriguez takes time to ask what is working and what isn’t. . He keeps up with my labs. He explains why and how things work in my case. I’ve been with Dr Rodriguez for more than 30 years and I won’t change until he retires! He’s an excellent physician!

I searched Yelp for primary care physicians for my husband because Yelp never lets me down! True to form, the Yelp reviews were spot on, Dr. Rodriguez is absolutely wonderful. He is kind, patient, understanding and disarming. He is also an amazing listener, which is an important trait for a doctor to have, but sadly many do not. My husband and I felt completely at ease during his first visit, we went over everything-I mean everything. It was at least an hour long and at no time did we feel rushed, in fact Dr. Rodriguez shared details from his own life and experiences throughout the appointment. It felt less like a doctor's appointment and more like sitting down and visiting with a friend. My husband and I feel that there is nothing we couldn't share and discuss with Dr. Rodriguez. He listens without judgement and his answers are filled with knowledge and compassion. I'm actually jealous that my husband gets to have Dr. Rodriguez as his primary and I have to go to the VA. :(

Dr. Rodrigues is professional, warm, compassionate, kind and doesn’t rush a thing. The person saying the office staff lacked personality - they don’t exist to entertain you.

I was at the appointment with a family member and we were very disappointed. Dr Rodriguez doesn’t have the best bedside manner, but the staff was even worse. One of his MA’s, Monica, was very unprofessional, lacked personality and was more interested in talking with coworkers than doing her job.. The office is very hard to get ahold of by phone, and being in the medical field for over 18 years, I was very disappointed. We will not recommend to family or friends.

This is a fabulous practice! The nurses are wonderful! NP Miles is the best you could ever imagine in a health professional. I just can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Worst doctors office ever. I only kept going because it was near work. Refused to fill my med because they had not seen me but never called for an apt. Worst doctors office ever. Please don't go here if you care about your health. I've cried so much because they made me go through all sort of pain for no reason at all

Dr Rodriguez is a very caring doctor. He always takes the time to listen to you. I would not change him ever!!!! I highly recommend him. Not only is he caring but he is a very good doctor!!! His staff is wonderful too. I have not been disappointed by anyone there!!!

I've been coming here for a couple years since I started having a lot of symptoms. I'm in my early 20s which makes it hard for a lot of medical professionals to believe anything is wrong with you. Heather is amazing! Shes been with me the whole time and helped me get the diagnoses I needed. She's so friendly and we always joke about certain things. She answers any questions I might have. I never have an issue scheduling appointments or getting calls back. I just got my husband to start seeing her!

I've seen Dr Rodriguez since 1989 and when I moved to Austin for 16 years I drove to SanAntonio to see him the entire time. I was in cardiology for 30 years and I know factually Dr Mark Rodriguez is one of the top 5 diagnosticians in SanAntonio. If he feels it's outside his sphere, he refers you. Every referral I've ever received has been excellent. This practice is well run! Vickie Flores does a fantastic job! I highly recommend this practice. I still see Dr Rod today and have total trust in him. My spouse, parents, children and grandchildren see him!
