This location is the best! I would not go anywhere else ‼Kevin Kon is the best! Also shout out for the female DO (sorry don't remember her name). Thank you both so much for helping my daughter. We had went to this location three times in 1 1/2 weeks for a UTI. The first with Kevin. So concerned, eager to help, listening to all we had to say. The female DO , was so nice and gave my daughter new prescriptions, and a shot to help combat a possible kidney infection. Of course we knew my daughter needed to see a urinary Dr, but in the meantime, these two were therefor us! They understood the seriousness of the ailment, and did 100% of what they could to help us!

This is the worst "service" I have had at a provider office. Once in room and vitals taken, we have waited 45 min to see provider. There was one patient before us when we arrived. You can hear staff outside room laughing and talking.

Tested positive for Covid the Sunday before Thanksgiving. 3 days in decided there has got to be some vitamins, IV, or something to help me feel better. Checked in on line to Nextcare. Made me wait in parking lot for over an hour. When I finally got in the nurses assistant took my BP and heart rate and asked why I was there? I said “ I have Covid and am looking to see if there is any relief?” She asked if I was vaccinated. I replied no. She replied, “why are you here then?” So I got up and walked out.We can go political all day long.But under oath I don’t believe a Dr should be able to refuse help. I get it. I made my choice. But who says I couldn’t reconsider or change my mind? Well, all Nextcare did was confirm in my mind that I would rather die then enter this facility for help again. Thank you for nothing.
