Dr. Alt is a fantastic surgeon. I had a hernia surgery, and she did an excellent job. I appreciate everything she has done for me before, during, and after surgery. The office staff was also helpful in getting my surgery dates and working with my insurance.

My dad is laying in the hospital with a horrible infection because of this doctor Alt do not go there. ER said he should have been kept overnight with them at the least.

My experience with Rachel has been a nightmare. The ER sent me to her regarding possible gallstones. My first visit her consultant she said "The gallbladder is tricky,we could take it out & see if the pain goes away." That was when I should have left. I told her I didn't want an unnecessary surgery. ordered an ultrasound. Next visit was an appointment for surgery. 3 days after I had the worst left side lower abdominal pain that I could not walk or move. After 3 days a man called me to say call her office in the morning. I did. She called back to say "I don't know" & ordered pills. The next week was unbearable pain. Finally went into her office for a young man to poke me in the bellybutton & said I had an umbilical hernia. She again said "I don't know" & ordered more pills. Went back to office 2 weeks later for her to say 'Are you still dying" & she didn't know. She literally shugged her shoulders at me. I walked out. Still in pain. 4 weeks later. Going to a real doctor next week.

Dr. Alt is very informative. Having my gallbladder removed, I had questions and she was very patient. And my incisions are healing well!

Dr. Alt is one of the best Doctors I have had the pleasurer of meeting! Not only a skilled surgeon, but kind, caring and compassionate. If you are in need of any kind of general surgery procedure, I would highly recommend contacting Dr. Alt's office.
