Charming dark wood interiors with matching furniture. Professional technicians put you at ease and skillfully care for you. I've had several MRI's done in the past but this was undoubtedly the finest experience I've had. Highly recommend SimonMed!

I was told it would be a 30 minute wait I waited 75 minutes. While I was waiting five other people came in and were taken back.Once I did get taken back the tech was very fast and very thorough.

I was not happy at this visit. I went in just to have an abdominal X-Ray that is a standing procedure. I have had this done several times before and all I needed to do was take any metal things off such as belt and empty pockets. At this visit, the obviously new tech said I had to take my pants off and put a gown on. I said I never had to do that before. She said that she was trained to have patients do that. I did it but I know it was not necessary. And she had no personality. No how are you, thanks for visiting, etc.

The front desk was so friendly and the technician was soothing and walked me through everything.

This company is absolutely the worst place to get a simple x ray. They will not take appointments and force people to wait hours for a 5 minute procedure.

Was very impressed. Front desk personnel were very polite and was taken back for my procedure on time. The techs were very nice and polite and helpful.
