List of Terry T Lee's Reviews
Helpful staff and Dr. Lee was very thorough and proactive in reviewing treatment options and getting the ball moving as quickly as possible. Kudos!
Terry Lee is an ego maniac that puts his own personal political views over the health and safety of his patients. This man is a disgusting human being that couldn't care less about his patients.
Run !!!!!! Just money hungry...packing in more people than he can see. And hes not that good. And the office staff is really bad at their job. If you can even communicate with them.
Hey DrLee, Did you aware your receptionist treat the patient double standard. I always make an appointment but she treat me as first come first serve. However, when I walk in she call all appointments patients first? No matter what I have to wait for two hours or so?
Getting care from Dr. Lee and his staff is the best possible experience considering the circumstances. From the time you walk through the front door until the time you leave, everyone in the office is there to make things as comfortable as possible. They are literally life savers.
Dr Lee and Shelby made the experience much easier.
Not only is Dr. Lee an excellent physician but his whole staff make each visit go smoothly and quick. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable. Thanks for everything.
Was told to visit this "urgent care" by my insurance plan. When I arrived the receptionist told me they don't take walk ins...this was the 3rd urgent care I'd visited today bc of insurance issues so I wasn't pleased and made that known. I was then told the dr could see me. I waited an hour, which is fine, it's urgent care. During this hour I saw many people come in and out, mostly older and few following distancing procedures. All dirty pens were put back in the clean pens holder (my car wash does a better job) chairs in the waiting room are not socially distanced. When I was able to see the dr. He was clearly trying to make the situation light and I wasn't in the mood. I told him about an issue I had on the right side of my head and he pointed to my left. He asked if I was having issues with "poo poo and pee pee" I'm a 31 year old woman. He brought me a pill with ice tea and when I asked what it was he said "headache pill" he did not ask if I was on other medication and the pill handed to me was not over the counter, it was white and had a Watson label on it. I didn't take the pill. He told me I needed a CT scan and a "brain dr" when I asked if I'd be getting a referral for those things he laughed and said no this is just urgent care. He then left the room and I broke into tears out of frustration. The nurse was extremely uncomfortable and tried to call the dr back in. He didn't come back. I then took my prescription to the pharmacy onsite (also extremely dirty)I took the prescribed medication as directed at home and had an intense reaction. I called a teledoc professional through my insurance and was told that I was prescribed the maximum dosage of this medication and that that wasn't normal for someone who's never taken it before. This dr should have his license taken away.
Our family has been with Dr. Terry Lee for many years. He is the best because he is knowledgeable and caring. I've gone through pregnancies and other major surgeries and his staff has been very professional regarding authorization approval and Dr's referral. Yes, he may not be available all the time but his PA is just as good. I have no complain.
Love this place.. As it is always hard to schedule an appointment with our pediatrician. I prefer to go to urgent care. Their quick, friendly n always recommend the right medications for my kid...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
