Please do not use this company. My grandmother is their patient and we've had several issues with scheduling which is handled by a different company in a different country. You can never reach anyone at the physical location. We've showed up to appointments to find the entire office closed even after they called to confirm the appointment the day before. They will cancel and reschedule appointments without any notice or contact. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever had to deal with. Save yourself the hassle. I can't even believe insurance companies work with them. Quality is insufficient. If we hadn't started the process for dentures and insurance already paid we would have gone elsewhere. But unfortunately we are stuck.

Just as a FYI they send everything out of state. You want a partial? There is a 3 MONTH turn around time.

This place is fraud!! Do not go there. I repeat DO NOT GO THERE!!! They are frauds!!! Cooperate won't even do anything! Ran down building scheduled an appointment got there and they were closed . Why schedule and not be open! This is not a real place.

Inderraj Singh Dhillon, one of the dentists there, called me, a person of Asian descent, a chink. It was recorded on video on 4/26. Don't be this guy's patients if you have a choice.

This company is horrid. I called Western Dental and they answer as "Brident Dental" but all of their locations say Western Dental. I advised that I am in urgent need of a root canal and they said they can get me in, that their office nearest me does root canals on molars, AND they accept my insurance AND that the initial exam, x rays and consultation were free. I got to my appointment beforehand to fill out paperwork where I was informed that their dental surgeon doesn't do root canals on molars, their "free" exam and x rays isn't free and would be billed to my insurance, and that the call center doesn't have a clue what any location does or doesn't do. I was advised to cancel the appointment since I'd already been seen by a dentist and she gave me a resource to call and find an endodontist. I got a call the next day saying that I no-showed my appointment and owed them money!! I told him that I was told to cancel because they couldn't do what I need and he insisted on rescheduling which made no sense. Total scam of a company.

The worst staffing! No one ever shows up and I am constantly having to reschedule my appointment which means I'm constantly having to take off or adjust my work schedule. They also don't let you relocate to a different office for whatever reason so you're stuck with their shitty scheduling of not knowing where they scheduled their staff for the day. Who on earth is running their scheduling department. Please FIRE them! I even offered to move to a different location and they said they don't do that. Why am I paying monthly fee and not getting any service done!

Staff is very professional, friendly and knowledgable. Atmosphere is quiet and clean.

I had oral surgery this week. Dr. P was amazing. She made me feel confident and help me to relax during a stressful procedure.

AVOID visiting the Thunderbird office AT ALL COST. My scheduled root canal and crown procedure turned into a nightmare lasting 3 months, involving 3 different dentists. During the process, a staff member used a dirty utensil from another station on me. After three months and the third dentist, I was informed that the crown preparation was done incorrectly. When they tried to explain the issue, another staff member placed a dirty tool in my mouth, forcing me to stop the procedure and leave the chair. I requested an incident report, but they refused and failed to document it in my chart notes. They also incorrectly billed my insurance for the procedures. Despite the mistakes, they claimed they were allowed to bill for them. Now, after 3 months, I am left with a shaved-down tooth that is embarrassing and potentially poses health risks. This establishment, including Western Dental in general, lacks accountability, professionalism, and engages in illegal practices and billing. I STRONGLY advise you to steer clear of this place!
