This is the worst hospital to possibly go to . We sat in the ER for 5 hours and the doctor informed me based off her “15 years on experience “

i didnt recognize my own home so i came in for confusion despite pressing about my confusion issues, no mri was done, just an ecg, and iv fluid for about 10 minutes, i should have been given a room and been monitored for a few days because i was very out of it. the doctor was entirely unsympathetic and shrugged it off as dehydration and anxiety. i was discharged wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to soon i should be in observation right now. edit: according to google they do have rooms so no idea why i was kept in a tiny curtained area and not observed for a few days.edit2: i came back like a year later because my confusion is going downhill rapidly and i suspect cjd, all they did was a ct scan. experts on the topic say a ct scan will show up normal and that its an mri that provides the most accuracy. in most cases a ct scan is normal for cjd cases, so they really should have given me an mri.and i got berated for seeking help because i'm having issues like not recognizing my own home, my own family members, naming objects wrong, lack of time awareness.

I had to visit this ER 1/2/2022 I was in and out in 4 hours I had labs done and a CT. I had a good experience in this place.. +The Dr was really nice and explained everything really well. I was given good advice on follow up care. The staff from check in to the nurses were very nice! I must do a shout out to Jeovanni and Dell in the ER Dept they were especially nice to me! They made a scary situation feel so much better! The male nurse (4pm to 8pm) that was on this shift went out of his way to be oh so kind! If I move across town I will have to travel to go to this hospital. They made being in pain a little easier for me! The place was clean too.. It was kinda chilly in there. That's my complaint! Lol

Pésimo hospital, llegue por un dolor al lado izquierdo . Desde el cuello brazo y espalda. Espero por cuatro horas , me llaman me dan u a pastilla para los vómito. Y una percocet para el dolor. , jamás me vio un doctor. Solo me dan unos papeles , pedí hablar con un supervisor . Y atpoco pide. Me caí al salir , por qué estaba mareada. Solo me levantaron me ahí me dejaron . Debo demandar así no se trata a un paciente

Had surgery done on Dec. 20th. Felt like I was herded in and out. They wanted copay up front. I had my surgery. Was not even awake from the anesthesia for an hour before they took me to the bathroom and ushered me out the door. Couldn't go to thebathroom. Told them I couldn't go. She said oh that is okay you'll be able to go later. Put me in a wheelchair and sent me out the door. I had a hysterectomy done. As far as I last knew you had to be able to go to the bathroom before they released you. The only instructions they gave me was you can take a shower tomorrow and resume your normal diet. That was it! The tracking thing didn't work. So my husband had no clue what was going on with me. Horrible experience! I had to drive over 100 miles to do this surgery. I will not go back there again. I will warn anyone that is scheduled to go there to not go there. They do not care about any of their patients. Complete incompetence in my opinion.

This Hospital is stepping up

I spent 3 night and it was a good experience overall. The nurses and Dr.s I saw were very in tune with my needs and were very pleasant to work with. They spent adequate time with me on every visit. The food, for hospital food, was great with an excellent selection of food.

They saved my dad's life, I always be very thankful to all the doctors and nurses and everyone. God bless you all. Thank you so much for taking care of my dad and everyone else in this hospital

Stay away. They required an up front payment for a procedure and ended up overcharging $2500. They have all the information that they overcharged me and are telling me it will be 30 days to get it refunded. They are making money off of patients that are overcharged. If they're going to require up front payment, they need to refund over payments promptly.What's sad is the care I received was great. All of the staff I dealt with were good.

They listened and did the best they could.I hate hospitals and ER's you will not see me there unless it's SERIOUS.I was throwing up and had severe abdominal pain.I explained my veins bust easily and which area is best. THIS IS THE ONLY MEDICAL CENTER WHO ACTUALLY LISTENED!They took care of me. Sadly my veins still bust but they explained they will not poke me anymore and do the best they can.My results all came back normal and it was just food poisoning. They gave me medicine and asked me to stay so they could continue to care for me. Other ERs want you in and out. Other places don't care. THIS PLACE DOES.
