I broke my foot in half 5 days ago I have still yet to receive a referral and my doctor has not responded to my messages in 5 business days . As a former medical assistant I’ve never heard a doctor not checking their messages from home. Extremely unprofessional. I am still waiting for my referral.

I was unable to bend my leg for 2 yrs and felt discarded by the previous doctor's I had seen. I entered hopeless and left in tears. TEARS OF ABSOLUTE JOY. Dr. Bert was kind, asked the right questions, believed what I was telling him and diagnosed me. I see a light at the end of this dark tunnel. Everyone I encountered here was amazing. I am beyond thankful.

Dr. Bert is one of the best apparently, which is why I still drive all the way north to get here. However, I'm not a fan of their staff and organization. My appointment time was at least an hour before I was actually seen. Despite telling them when I scheduled and again when I checked in that Dr. Bert told me I needed x-rays, no one actually told the x-ray staff and I had to ask again when the MA called me back. They need to work on their internal communication.

I am so happy I went to Dr. Kaplan with severe hip pain due to osteoarthritis. He recognized the severity of my condition (not like my previous Dr.) and recommended hip replacement operation. I cannot be happier with the outcome. After operation I regained my mobility and can walk pain free now. Highly recommend this office and Dr. Kaplan’s care.

Dr. Kaplan is so absolutely incredible! He genuinely shares compassion, skill and a talent that by far has renewed my faith in the medical profession! The staff are also wonderful! The detailed planning, kindness and patience has been impeccable! These ladies are to be commended. They make you feel like a person and not a number. I met Dr. Chow and because his reputation is so vast, and he's also very busy, he did not hesitate recomending a fellow healer! You know it when first meeting him, how dedicated he is to his profession. Like him, Dr. Chow's recomendations to Dr Kaplan was spot on. These people are the real deal and have forever changed my life! Feeling life again is awesome!

Dr. Bert is amazing at what he does!! His assistant Michelle is amazing as well. Dr. Bert is compassionate and truly takes time to listen and evaluate your injuries. Before I was able to see Dr. Bert, I was seen at OrthoArizona, needles to say those doctors spend literally 2 mins talking to you and then push you out the door. Any time I've seen Dr. Bert he spends 45mins plus!! After my surgery I feel like a like a million bucks, it's such a great feeling being PAIN FREE!! please do not hesitate in seeing Dr. Bert and his assistant, I promise you will not be disappointed!! Even the front office staff is kind, always has smiles, very accommodating and always willing to help!! Thank you again Dr. Bert, Michelle & the lovely ladies at the front :)
