Update: Doing fantastic. I took my 4th dose of the micro yesterday .25mg. I’m down 5lb-ish of inflammation. My resting heart rate went down from 78-79 to 70bpm on average. I’m completely off of the ketotifen and have only had to take an antihistamine one time. My daily resting stress scores are significantly down. I’m dreaming more (sleep wasn’t bad before but I know I wasn’t getting enough rem cause lack of dreaming). My digestion has been awesome. It has been a huge benefit to my life already. Thank you. For anyone who has struggled with mcas or chronic illness and inflammation, it could be worth a shot to try a micro of a glp-1. I know it’s so controversial, but for people who have tried literally everything else including elimination diets, fasting, macro counting, supplements, medications, etc…

My experiences with Annika and Tiina were very personalized. I was nervous about stating HRT, but my provider explained risks/benefits clearly and tailored my plan. We adjusted dosing based on my symptoms, and I noticed big improvements in mood and energy. I highly recommend Activ8!!

I love that I don’t have to leave my home for a visit and the NP who calls is so friendly, really listens and gives lots of advice. You don’t feel rushed! Also I absolutely love getting a 3 month supply shipped to my door so I can give myself my own shots. Everyone there is so friendly and quick to respond to emails even after hours. Thank you !!!!
