List of Adrian H. Feng's Reviews
Waited for 1 hr 15 minutes past appointment time to be seen with no information or explanation of reason for the long wait. When asked was told, "Dr. is seeing other patients." Dr. finally came in, did a quick exam and seemed to have not reviewed the record. He asked why the biopsy was not done but forgot that we addressed this with him previously. He had to go out again to get results of urine sample test, leaving us again waiting while we could hear him meeting with yet another patient in another room before coming back into our room. This practice seems to be overbooking appointments with no regard for patient's time. This is very unacceptable.
This is a great doctor. He knows his stuff, he was so kind and helpful to my mom, and even responded to her needs on his day off. Highly recommend!
I have called for two days and get the answering service. I was referred to him by my primary care physician. I called six times today kept getting transferred only to be told someone would call me back. This is the WORST service I have ever received from a physician.
Not only was I impressed with Dr. Feng's knowledge, reassuring demeanor, and professionalism, he has a wonderful sense of humor and puts his patients at ease. No one wants to visit a urologist and he makes the process and procedures fast and relatively painless. His staff, in particular, Mia, are also kind, helpful, and reassuring. Highly recommend.
How was my experience? NIGHTMARE!!!!! Run from this clown, don't walk. I ended up in the emergency room the night after Feng {I refuse to call him a Dr.} had done a turp procedure for me. I was in serious pain. Good news was the Staff at Good Sam told me Feng was in the hospital. Never came to see me even though he was aware I was there. It gets even worse. When he determined that I needed the turp, I specifically Asked him should do a biopsy as my psa was elevated. No need to put me thru that, he was certain I did not have cancer-WRONG. My Gleason score turned out to be 7. I had to wait six months for the turp to heal before I could have my prostate removed. By the time I had healed and had the prostatectomy my Gleason score was NINE. By the way he obviously did not do the surgery
Today was my first appointment with Dr Feng, and it was not a great experience. I will be seeking a new provider. I did not have any problems with the office staff at Banner. They were are all pleasant and informative. Unfortunately, Dr Feng did not listen- in fact, he spoke over me at least 3 times during our <10 minute appointment. I have x-rays showing a stone, and I told him it was causing pain. He talked over me to tell me that it could be musculoskeletal. I have a history of stones over the past 25 years, so I’m familiar with the difference. He was rude, dismissive, and made all suggestions based on a KUB x-ray. He said he disagreed with the radiologists measurement of the stone, but did not want any further imaging. No CT, and he didn’t even order a urine collect to rule out a kidney infection as the source of pain. He may be skilled in the OR, but his arrogance and unwillingness to actually discuss possibilities and treatment options leave me profoundly disappointed.
Staff is great. You don't really want to come here though, need to have cancer. Bummer!!
Dr. Feng excellent doctor. His medical assistant so lazy.never answers patients messages. Office manager doesn’t respond to the messages I left. After I gave up from the medical assistant negligent.
I see mixed reviews here, I must agree the Osborn office staff can be a pretty unorganized. One visit I waited 45 minutes in the room to finally flag down the doctor in the hallway, he had no idea I was even there, they had misplaced my file and I had to reschedule. The phone answering system is a mess, I just hang up and call back until I reach the right office / person. This was unfortunate. As for Dr Feng himself he is straight forward, to the point. I don't need to be coddled but could see this as a personality fault to some. He did answer all my questions and I trust him as an active surveillance patient for simple tests, biopsies and advice. If something major changes I would probably get a second opinion, and go from there, but I see no reason not to proceed with him.
Was pointless, nonproductive and unpleasant.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
