List of Advanced Pain Management's Reviews
We saw kaitlyn today and wow she is amazing! You guys as always have a incredible team of caring professionals! If you are truly in pain and are truly open to different avenues to relive the pain look no further ! They actually care and will provide a detailed care plan to get you relief ! Thank you to the team and especially kaitlyn the nurse practitioner for seeing my wife and helping today !
If you want to he treated like a drug addict. Go here. If you want to be called a liar to you face. Go here. If you want your HIPPA rights violated. Go here. If you want to be forced to get injections, even though they dont work, or even worse, they made your pain worse. Go here. I had absolutely no issues when I was seeing Rebecca at Ad Pain management. She left without explanation and everything was downhill from there. Caitlin was rude, snobby, commited at least three HIPPA violations (which are crimes) and called me a flat put liar to my face. I AM A COUNSELOR and she treated me like a Drug addict . All this place does is try to shove injections down your throat. Whether they work or not. Read the fine print. After receiving my medical records, which they actually gave me SOMEONE ELSE'S records (add another HIPPA crime), I found out they have a policy that if you dont get two injections a year (every 6 months) that they will force you out. In two and a half years they did the bare minimum in managing my pain. This place is a SCAM. Caitlin has zero empathy and compassion. I liked her at first, but then she started treating me like a drug addict. Even saying I shouldn't be taking any pain meds. SHE IS WORKING FOR A PAIN MANAGEMENT COMPANY! What does she expect. She is young and only a Nurse Practitioner. You will see the Dr once. In 2 5 yrs the only time I saw the Dr, was when I asked to see him because of issues with the NPs. Caitlin tried to school me on addiction. I have a Master's Degree in Drug, Alcohol and Mental Health Counseling, a Psychology degree and 2 Sociology degrees. I've specialized in addiction. And she is going to talk down to me. Plus, I'm 20 years older than she is. Pathetic. You have been warned. I am still in the process of filing HIPPA violations against her.
I've had a back problem for years. I've had 6 surgeries but I'm still dealing with my back. Recently, my family and I moved to Phoenix and my doctor referred me to this office. I'm so grateful for that referral. I see Nurse Caitlin every month. She takes time to talk with me and help me figure out a way to deal with my back. She's fantastic, caring, understanding and compassionate. The office staff, Heaven and Adriana, are so wonderful as well. They are courteous, kind, respectful and friendly. I used to dread going to my former pain management doctors but I feel like a person who's needs and health are paramount once I step into the office. Thank you all for your time and assistance dealing with my back.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
