I set an appointment a week ago for this place. I gave them my insurance information and everything the name of the plan everything was given I was not told I needed a reference from my doctor. Well when I get there to the appointment lo and behold the secretary says my plan requires a reference so I politely asked her why I wasn't told this while I set the appointment. she didn't know. The people that work at this place lack the knowledge and professionalism to deal with these types of situations. I can only imagine what the Doctors are like. I do not recommend taking anyone to this place!
Purchased a 6 session laser package for under arms and saw results just after the first session! They use a quicker laser that's hardly painful, which literally gets me in and out of there in 5 minutes. Staff is wonderful and professional.
I am switching my family to this group, after not being given any appointment options with former dermatologist group for something suspicious on my shin. Other doctors that we see always have "emergency" appts. available. Abby at the front desk was personable and warm, Nicole, PA Nurse (?) has a fun personality, detailed and friendly and Jane is a very knowledgeable PA., annual skin check and sunscreen advise. Thank you!

I had an appointment with Christine Lin. Excessive long wait to get in the appointment. I had a lesion near my lip. I was put in a room by a staff member who seemed checked out and simply didn't want to hear me explain why I was there. The Dr. came in ignored what I stated and then proceeded to cut the lesion off. Numbed me and burnt it off. They applied vaso-line to it and said we will run labs. I was sent a bill for 176.72. They billed my insurance for a surgery told me nothing about it and expect me to pay it. They left dried blood on my face sent sent me on my way. The front desk even told me there was no copay but now they are charging me one. Now the lesion has returned twice the size. No patient care or concern and then slap you with a bill and blindside you with some surgical procedure they stated nothing about being charged for. Fighting their bill now with their third party billing company 25 min hold each time. Where do I send the bill for my time?!?
Scottsdale Old Town Office. From the first phone call, I was able to talk to a professional about my somewhat urgent situation. I was out of state for a funeral, they got me in so quickly when we expected to be back in Scottsdale. From the front desk, Lisa, to the MA Mayra and the PA Rebecca, they were awesome!! Great patient care and caring. And I’m a retired RN, so I know!! A great procedure without any pain and great discharge instructions! I’m only going here from now on!! This review is for the Old Town Scottsdale office

The receptionist at this location (Anthem) is so rude and I have always ignored this however today she was beyond rude!!! She should not be in front of customers / patients !!!! I have been coming here for years and she is the only person you should get rid of everyone else is helpful and friendly !

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
