What disgusting dirty place this is, you can see what to expect from the waiting room. Waited over an hour past my appointment time and ended up leaving as I suspected this would just get worse the deeper down the rabbit hole i went. My appointment with Theresa Hunt so i would avoid and find a place that is clean and has respect for their patients.

No time for patients in out and thank you ma'am. They don't listen to the patient I went in for a tiny freckle and came out with a quarter size infection on my leg and then they want to charge me a copay when it's their fault no too many patients and not enough doctors. Close one of your offices or hire more doctors that have a little patience with their patients.

First time here for a skin cancer screening. Lehace and Kristin immediately made me feel comfortable. The screening was thorough and Kristin explained to me what to look for when screening for abnormal moles. Thank you so much. I will be back for an annual check up. Highly recommend this place!

I came over here for some dermatology issues as well as trying out one of their mole removal processes. What's extremely scummy about this place is that they do not give you quotes for their services like other medical practices. At other medical practices, you're given quotes so that you can make a decision as to whether or not you want to do something. Also, the doctor has told me some of the procedures I've done will be covered by my insurance. They flat out lied. What's even worse is that there's a brown scar where my mole was removed; this scar is as big and as noticeable as the mole itself. It was a failed procedure and they scammed me out of over $230. I got charged for services I didn't even ask for which they did automatically. This was an extreme disappointment and a large waste of money.

Had been a patient for several years and really liked the care they provided, unfortunately within the last couple of years they changed their policy where they no longer will bill as preventative so your insurance does not help you. I really have a hard time trying to understand this and it unfortunate that they seem to care more about the business aspect rather than on their patient needs. Arizona is clearly a location where everyone really should have a yearly exam, I guess mine will just have to be at a different location now.

There billing department is why I am writing this review. I have not been there in years, never received a phone call, letter, nothing. Then I received a voicemail that I was about to be sent to collections over 70$. Confused I called, they said it was an unpaid bill from a long time ago. I paid the bill with my HSA card, even though I was annoyed I never received notice. This was months ago. Today I opened a collections letter. I called affiliated, they have no history of my calling or making the payment. Ok whatever, the conversation was going no where. I called the collections company, they would not take my HSA card. Affiliated dermatology has my correct email, address and phone number yet I never received notices. I gave it a 2 star because I actually love this place and when my mom had cancer they fought to the nail to help her get insurance.

My skin screen was on time, and the procedure was ok

Caring and experienced my doctor and nurse practitioner were the best!

The Doctors and nurses are very professional and very through.
