i just spoke on the phone to a lady with the worst attitude ever. they really need to do a better job at hiring people to answer their phones. extremely unprofessional

I found the office unprofessional and unkind. They do not answer calls, neither do they return calls. This is not normal, professional conduct -- especially in an organization that purports to care for people in need. The office is ignoring the inquiries of people in need. It feels like they can't be bothered to do their job.

I was called with the most unexpected news ever today. My medication was denied by my insurance last month and the office submitted an appeal on my behalf and that to was denied. I was forced to cover my medication out of pocket in an already stressed financial situation. I wasn’t even aware that Kerry from the office was still working on overturning the insurance company’s decision but SHE DID IT and I am approved for a year. The care and concern you have to possess to work so diligently for a stranger is unheard of these days and I am soooooooo thankful I found this office and had Kerry on my side. They listened and fought for me!!!!!

The office is very comfortable. It is easy to find. Staff are very polite. I like that I can fill out my patient forms online saving time in the office. I feel very comfortable when interacting with everyone there. It took me a while to find a facility that was a good fit for me. This one is great. Recommended for sure!

My experience was terrible. One of the front desk workers dropped the ball on so many things. It was as though she did not know what she was doing, and so eventually, she just stopped returning my calls and stopped pursuing the treatment that needed to happen and the paperwork that needed to be done. I will never go to this facility again, and I highly recommend that you reconsider going here if you are contemplating it.

Tried to make an appointment and the person on the phone was rude and argumentative…exactly what you don’t need when trying to schedule an appointment for mental health

I do not recommend Ahwatukee Behavioral Health and Wellness. I sought continuation of care with Victoria Sanchez at this facility and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite being on the same medications for years, my prescriptions were repeatedly mishandled. The staff continually insisted they had sent my medications to the pharmacy, yet this was not the case. Additionally, I was told I had failed to cancel an appointment despite following the portal's cancellation instructions. My short time there was marked by poor customer service and a general lack of care. This created a frustrating and unproductive environment, particularly challenging for someone managing mental health issues. I suggest that the staff at Ahwatukee Behavioral Health and Wellness take responsibility for their system's shortcomings and improve their training, rather than placing blame on patients. Better accountability and a focus on patient care are essential for fostering a supportive and effective treatment environment.

From the very first phone call it has been painful. Had to call twice to get documents sent correctly. Multiple front office staff are very rude, gave out medication advice and should never do that. Portal doesn’t work and no one returns phone calls from messages left. Doctor diagnosed and prescribed medication within 25 minutes of first meeting, which is very concerning that they are so quick to prescribe and not get to know patient especially when a patient isn’t a risk to themselves or anyone else. Do not recommend this place.

Love, love, love this place. Dr Pacheco literally saved my life. Kerry & Candi make my appointments easy. Anytime I call in for an issue other than an appt, if they don't pick up the phone, they promptly get back to me. Gina, the new Nurse Practioner is awesome as well. Even Ken is a constant presence. It makes such a difference going somewhere where the same people are always there. Their kindness & professionalism is such a gift to me.

I've been coming to see Victoria Sanchez here since last year and I can say they have been doing a wonderful job helping me get through my addiction and mental health. Thank you top the team! I am very grateful!
