Jessica Wotruba has been so amazing as a Nutritionist for me. She gives the information I need to hear in a way that doesn't make me feel guilt or shame, but makes me feel empowered to take control of my own decisions with my health. I was referred to AM Nutrition through my gastroenterologist and the progress I have made has been life-changing. I would recommend everyone use Jessica for guidance in living a better life!

What a wonderful experience working with AM Nutrition Services, Emily Ortiz, MS RD! She is professional, knowledgeable and delightful to work with. Emily's gift is the ability to break down the broad and confusing facts about nutrition and explain how to eat an appropriate range of foods for a specific diagnosis. We worked together to develop a workable plan for me. Her informational discussions opened the door to asking more in-depth questions. Her answers were clear, concise and understandable. I feel very strongly that my confidence to be at my best and to eat a healthy diet for my situation is directly related to the care, skill, and judgment I received from Emily Ortiz.
