Orginal apt with dr was pleasant. All other encounters, Horrible customer service. Last apt was with dr. sat for close to hour before they substituted somone to see me who was flustered and unprepared. . Scheduled to come back In 2 weeks. They canceled appointment 20 minutes before after already drove 30 minutes and they sent text confirming the apt. Listening in on others over various visits seems to be problem after problem with scheduling and admin.

Does not listen to the concerns of the patients. Basically told me to tough it out with 185 blood pressure. Not a doctor you want caring for your heart and cardio-vascular system.

I used to have a few small heart issues I was seeing him about 4 years ago. He only cared about one aspect of what I was going through. Talked over me, dismissed me, and more. He told me to call him again if "I felt a tearing pain and not to bother him with the rest". I left his office in tears. On the next EKG, I had shown a heart attack that was not detected in his office on EKG. We are talking within months of seeing him. My mom was a cardiac ICU charge nurse. I know what good cardiology care is supposed to be, and one of them is not outright dismissing chest pains in a 40-year-old woman or telling her to ignore them. I would not send someone I disliked to this doctor. The worst cardiologist I have ever met. Now doctors come near me and my blood pressure jumps. He made me almost stop going to doctors entirely. I would give negative stars if possible.

Yep, you'll wait. For scheduling and for appointments. The issue is that the guy is good.

Dr. Damon was exceptional. He showed his experience and education with the service he provided nothing short of excellent. We did not feel rushed I felt like he gave us full attention and cared about my husband‘s health and treatment. He also. Cared about his overall health and work situation he provided options and ways to overcome anxiety I love Dr. Damien and his staff nurse practitioner Marion she was amazing & on point with examination of my husband passed history and knowledge of gastrointestinal where he needed to be referred out the Previous ER drs missed all of this information she went above & beyond called & scheduled the appointment for us, after we were rejected several times and could not get seen for over 3 to 4 weeks later I will always refer anyone to their office now they are part of my family thank you for angels for watching over my husband may God bless you and your entire staff.

Rude and unprofessional doctor -- walked in and out of the room several times during my first visit. Talked bad about other physicians and only wanted to push pills at me :(I won't go back - time to find someone else who actually listens to me and answers my questions. My time is as valuable as his time -- he needs to understand this --Would not recommend this doctor if you want to have a health care provider who listens and cares.

Terrible doctor - very unprofessional - I would not recommend him.

Unprofessional and uncaring -- leaves the room several times while I'm speaking -- tells me to take what he prescribes and not to ask questions -- I don't think so. I would NOT recommend this doctor if you want answers and options for your healthcare.

The only reason he gets 1 star is that there wasn't a choice for 0 stars. Worst cardiologist I've ever seen. Rude, unprofessional and doesn't listen. Only wants to prescribe drugs to you and walks away -- literally walks away. I would never recommend him to anyone. cs
