I was not impressed with Dr. Ramasubramanian at all. She performed my sons second strabismus surgery and over tightened his eye muscles. The first surgery by another physician that moved which that surgery went phenomenal. He had double vision for about 4 months, were told initially should only last a few days. I am a nurse and called the office with concerns and didn’t receive a call back, had to cal back and talk to an on cal MD that had never laid eyes on my so. IT WAS 2 WEEKS before she would see my son, even after calling the office and informing of the double vision and crossed eyes. There was talk about my son needing another surgery to correct the over tightening. That was it for us. Took him to vision therapy and he is doing better than ever before. No more surgery for us. Vision therapy fixed the double vision and his tracking is normal for the first time ever. He never responded to surgery the way he has vision therapy.

Dr. Ramasubramanian has been treating my daughter for a little over 2 years since she was diagnosed with bilateral retinoblastoma. She is absolutely phenomenal, professional, and always puts my daughter’s health above anything. If you are ever concerned about the wellbeing of your child’s eye, and need to see an ophthalmologist, she is worth it!

Dr. Rama was absolutely wonderful. She performed two Adult Strabisus surgeries and my vision has immensely improved. She took great care to diagnose the issues, presented the possible options, and gave me a great patient care plan. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an Ophthalmologist.
