Really disappointed with the way billing is handled here. It was to my knowledge I was done with all my payments. However, I get a call about a surgery I had almost a year ago, that I had another bill to pay. I was told that my mailing address was incorrect and the billing was being returned. I gave them the correct address which I see now that it was pointlessly when I just received a electronic text this morning for payment. This is really unprofessional to me especially for people who like to pay their bills on time and not get it brought to collections. This obviously could have been avoided by a text or email.
