If you don't need surgery, these people are not interested in you. Went to see Dr Champagne about 10 days ago and was told that his assistant would have a local testing center call me to schedule a nerve test. I heard nothing so I called and got the number for the testing facility and called for myself to schedule and found that they had still not received the referral from Dr Champagne's office and could not schedule without it. I called Dr Champagne's office back, sat on hold for 34 minutes and was told that the referral would go out today and that one of the assistants would call me to confirm but of course, I've heard nothing. One would think that with 5 medical assistants on staff that it would not take more than 10 minutes to send a referral and not 10 days +++ I'm sure Dr Champagne is good but... Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you have a need for Hand to Shoulder help.

Front desk personnel was courteous and fast. Nurse and doctor were knowledgeable and courteous. Scheduler was helpful and knowledgeable about my insurance and hospitals and doctors accepted by it making the scheduling of my surgery a very easy process. Top max medical center.

I have been to two of their offices, and each time it was smooth and efficient. The doctors are excellent hand surgeons and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this practice.

I go to the Mesa location. I was seen that's all that matters. It was a nightmare at first dealing with the process of authorization from work comp claims adjuster and front office staff. However the front office manager at the Mesa location made it possible for me to be seen. I applaud her for getting it done. I have trauma and pain to Right Hand/wrist and it keeps me up at night so it was important to get a 2nd opinion today and Treatment. Key word treatment. I appreciate Dr. Champagne for the evaluation and listening to me and doing an actual eval. He did Great today in my book. I'm in pain but feel better about seeing Dr. Champagne
