Great
Like others, I've also been going here for years and until recently, have adored the staff. I won't be returning after today and am filing a complaint with the AZ Medical Board; while I HATE those Karen-esque actions, they're well deserved here.My child had an MRI scheduled last week. They rescheduled - did the action first and then told us after - which, fine, thankfully both workplaces were understanding and we were able to make the new time after some discussions with bosses.Today we get there and find no one at the front desk. There is a phone off the hook with another patient on it (we can hear them being frustrated) and when someone who DID come to the desk to help us, they were in turn frustrated with us for not giving personal information while someone else on the phone could hear us - not the biggest of deals, but how annoying for the person waiting on hold as well. Then they informed us it would be 35-45 minutes after our time to be seen (putting us past their closing before we'd even be seen). Things happen and everyone understands that, but a) huffing at me when I ask if you know how long it'll take (before they even ask us if we mind waiting) and b) discussing it IN THE BACK WHERE WE CAN HEAR YOU and complaining we decided to wait is unprofessional af. We didn't ask for this appointment, y'all gave it to us, and then couldn't even let us know ahead of time you couldn't get us seen when you said you could. And yes, we could hear you say you wanted to leave on time and how much we sucked for wanting to be seen. Also unprofessional was telling US - NEW TO THIS PROCESS - the patient should've waited to take a tranq before coming (we're around the corner, within literally walking distance and had we been seen on time, the timing was perfect) and how it wasn't the schedulers job to tell us this because "they wouldn't know??" if not them, than who? We also heard them complaining about this as well in the backroom. They then couldn't get the credit card to run properly, and this was also somehow an issue we should've fixed - there was more than 5x the credit available, nothing pending even showed - PEBKAC.To finalize this, only ONE PERSON was wearing a mask. My kiddo is immunocompromised and while I get this is AZ and don't expect much, I expect medical professionals to do better.
The staff was friendly and attentive from start to finish. The office was clean & orderly.
It was fast. What I liked about it is that I had a very short wait period. The staff was friendly and jovial. They are very punctual and got me in and out as soon as possible. Thanks and keep up the great work!
Very professional staff members and I was taken right into the MRI room quickly. The MRI specialist was so good at getting my IV in which has been difficult for many people, he was compassionate and caring as well. I’m very happy to have Arizona Diagnostic Imaging take care of me! Thank you so much!
I love everything and the nurses thx ☺️
Prompt & courteous service.
I on time, pleasant, well staffed, prompt accurate results
This place is excellent. They were very fast, got me in within 5 mins and took me right back to the MRI machine. I was done in about 30 mins. Staff was nice too.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
