Arizona's Vision Eye Care Center's Online Review Report Card

I was such a fan of this place and I even recommended them to friends. Customer service has really gone down hill. When you picked up your glasses they would sit down with you and make sure they fit right. They would make tweaks to frames if they were lopsided or looked off. This is done. They certainly have someone sitting with you to try to get extra procedures and add this and that to your lenses. All of this is fair but they certainly don’t have the care they used to after they’ve already collected your money. I’m going to start to look for a different place.

I've been going to Arizona's Vision for many years and they make going to the eye doctor easy and comfortable. The people working there are fantastic and so helpful.

I plan to come again when its time to update my prescription. Dr. Apikian was professional and thorough during my eye glasses exam. Especially appreciated Kayla at check out helping me select frames. I was a bit indecisive but Kayla was very patient and went above and beyond to provide assistance. Couldn't be happier with the frames I've selected.

I highly recommend Arizonas Vision. I have been a patient for almost 10 years and I have always had exceptional service and treatment. Both my son and have very high prescriptions and most offices don't know where to even begin with us because of antiquated outdated instruments. Arizona vision care center has been my place to go for eye exams, and purchasing glasses. I’ve gotten two pairs from here. My wife has gotten two pairs and our son just got his first pair of glasses. Each one of our experiences has been great, specifically with Kayla Cook, who has been our glasses guru the last couple of visits. I have seen several different eye doctors as well Who have all been amazing. I highly recommend this VISION CENTER.
