The office is immaculate and the staff is polite and attentive. I feel very comfortable here and the gel injections are helping.

Place is a joke. While front desk staff was friendly everyone else lacked knowledge. Wasn’t impressed. In and out like a machine. The lack of care from the medical staff was palpable. Every time i go in there’s someone new and their office manager seems defeated and like she’s standing alone on a sinking ship.

My mother goes to this clinic for treatment. Dr. Kingloff and his assistant Kaleha work extremely well together. They are both efficient, kind, knowledgeable and a perfect example of teamwork. However the office manager Auriel is unprofessional and rude to patients and staff.

I’m very disappointed in this place. I called to make an appointment and there was an indian making all the appointment don’t understand english to well. I asked several times if they took my insurance and i was told that all insurance is excepted. So i came to the appointment and i was told that they don’t take my insurance. They are not business at all , checking on insurance before the patient comes is critical . So i’m very upset and i drove a hour and 15 minutes away. Basically false advertising .

I’m just leaving the Arthritis Knee Pain Center for my fifth and last injection. My knee feels so much better (98% better)! My knee was bone on bone and after the first injection I felt a major difference. I'm so glad I got a second opinion and they were my second opinion! If you have a knee issue check them out. I'm telling you they are the truth! Arthritis Knee Pain Center is one of the few that uses a imaging machine while during the injection. And the doctor (Dr Alex Stock MD) is so easy to talk to and explain everything so thoroughly and understandable. The staff upfront and throughout the office are great. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
