We have been with Aveanna healthcare for 5 years. They have provided exceptional nursing for my son with cerebral palsy. The staff has always been courteous accommodating and friendly. They have gone above and beyond where other nursing companies have failed. Raul has been a driving force and advocate for our family. He always goes the extra step to provide clear communication without delay. Claudia has also given us 100 percent effort to ensure that our son is given the best care. We highly recommend Aveanna Healthcare to anyone looking for a caring and professional staff to alleviate your nursing needs.

Horrible service My daughter never recieved her g tube button and I call twice and got hung up on twice. This place is just like preffered and all the other disorganized places. Im very upset that my disabled daughter cant recieve the proper care that she should be.

Homecare agencies all have problems. I dont know why communication can be bad in their offices. Seems they all have too much work to do or they need a schedule they all can see and attend to. I dont know. This agency seems friendlier and more ethical than the others.

They have no communication they dont let u know when u will not have a nurse nor do they bother telling u that as if a certain day u cant work because u wont have a nurse. I am not the only one that has issues and looking for a new agency

Horrible customer service There is no communication regarding shipments or in my case the lack of. After orders being sent to them on July 20th I finally talked to a representative on August 6th when I initiated correspondence. Once I finally received the shipment after 7pm on August 8th there were only 2 units delivered. 93 units are needed every month and the ticket said there were only 29 ordered. Those numbers dont add up or make any sense. This company does not have it together. Save yourself the stress and worry and go with another company

Highly accommodating and gives genuine care. Responsive to concerns and gives due diligence in problem solving. Works hard to find good fits for family. Proactive staffingschedulers group. Great positive and caring attitudes and gives me as much time as I need over the phone and in person. Not perfect there are struggles with same staffing issues as most healthcare facilities do. Great company.

Had a nurse from this company and I bent over backwards to accommodate her although she was working for me and my child worst experience I have ever had I dont recommend them at all I even had a nurse burn my child from this company with the silver nitrate for her g button
