Dr. Cydney Froehlich is excellent. She explains things simply and clearly and patiently answered all my questions. She even gave me great advice on eye exams for my kids and what kind of glasses frames best suited my face. I've seen her twice now and had great experiences both times.

I rescheduled my appointment and took off the retinal scan and was still given the retinal scan when I even verbalized it before my appointment that I didn't want it. The woman taking my payment was clueless about helping to figure out the situation ad had ZERO customer service skills. I will not be using AZ Family EyeDocs again. Ive asked for a refund for the retinal scan and got zero response.

Very quick and easy eye dr appointment! I actually had no idea until I got there that it was inside of Target. Very convenient as I needed to get something there anyways haha. Check in was quick and easy, no issues with insurance and I was worried because I didn't have a hard copy of my card and it's an unusual insurance. The doctor was super helpful (and patient with me as I HATE the glaucoma test). They also have a little glasses selection though I had a pair I wanted from a specific brand somewhere else. Overall a quick easy experience and great care. Would come back.

My eye exam was great. They were friendly and expedient. The location is obviously convenient.. Dr. Portnoy was amazing. She was caring and had a great, friendly personality. She took the time to educate me on all the different options I have available to me. I would highly recommend.
