I am a patient of Uptown Surgery Center and was involved in a car accident, which was not my fault. I underwent three epidurals, two nerve blocks, and two radio frequency ablations. I only received anesthesia three times. This surgery center is contracted with my pain management clinic and is accepted by my insurance. They only gave me the bill two months after the last procedure, after I had to haggle them for it. The total cost is $244,000. I have been in contact with my insurance company and will be contacting whatever board they are associated with for their inflated prices, breaching their contract with my insurance company, and being unethical. The nurses here are absolutely amazing, love them both. I would not recommend this place to anyone who was in a car accident.

Fortitude Healthcare:I'm a professional golfer/caddie living in San Diego and have been battling a real bad case of tennis elbow in my left outer elbow (right handed player). I couldn't squeeze a tube of toothpaste let alone swing a club. I've tried cortisone shots in the past but they didn't work. A good friend and sponsor of mine, Dr Mark Espinoza from Smile Max 365, had a PRP shot (platelet-rich plasma) in one of his knees and said it worked wonders for him. He was able to return to running in no time without pain. He said that he had asked Dr Stone if he thought it would work for my pain..... I had the procedure completed on the 15th of September and let me tell you, not only after two days removed from the shot, I no longer have the soreness, I can actually swing a club without pain ... Dr Stone suggested 5 weeks of not swinging a club to let everything heal. I can't wait to start competing again!! I will continue being a faithful patron of this doctor and his amazing staff for future needs. They are Very courteous and friendly beyond measures. And fyi, hey "Joe" aka Jen, I got the spot out of my shorts !!

They really should answer their phones during business hours.

The CPX Surgery Center is the last place in the world you want a procedure done. The facility is archaic and filthy. Furthermore the staff is completely incompetent. Thankfully I had a good doctor and he had good nurses, but I felt like I was having surgery in an abandoned warehouse, almost Dexter style.One particular staff member by the name of CJ is particularly unhelpful and rude. After my surgery in the warehouse, I have been trying for days and days to unsuccessfully get a copy of my bill. I have even offered to go to their offices to pick one up. I guess it's hard to run a computer when you barely have electricity.Unfortunately I have had over 30 epidurals in my life and this was my only bad experience ever.

This surgical center has the nicest staff and most professional nurses and doctors that i have ever had the pleasure of being taken care of by.  The surgical rooms are very modern and state of the art.  They are in the process of expanding to add another floor of very modern surgery suites with the latest technology.  I highly recommend this organization for your day surgery needs,  you won't be disappointed.

Phoenix Surgical center is wonderful. The entire staff is extremely helpful, kind and pleasant. This is my second time there and I highly recommend it. The center is is run efficiently and is so spotless. Absolutely no wait time whatsoever. Actually the first time I went the staff opened the center earlier for me to accommodate me! Imagine that? Dr. Stone is amazing from AZ Spine Disc and Sport. I highly recommend him and the entire staff at the center

A big thank you to the staff and all of the doctors at Central Phoenix Surgical Center who have been helping me this past year. Everyone is so friendly and caring and they always take the time to answer all of my questions ~~ and, believe me, I always have lots of them! I truly appreciate all of you ~~ from the staff at the front counter to the staff in the pre-op room to the staff and doctors in the surgical room as well as the staff behind the scenes. You are all amazing and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking good care of me. You are the best! Hugs!!

Great surgcial center and staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Mattalanio is one of the best orthopedic doctors in the Southwest. Highly recommend both. I've been seeing Doctor for a very long time and recommned him to all my Karate students (I teach Shotokan Karate) and other athletes I know to see him first. If he uses this surgical center then I trust it.

Very helpful and nice. Do everything possible to make your wait as pleasant as they can. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
