hospital is dirty. nurses poor service

My husband is a truckdriver, who was having a medical problem, while in Arizona. He was at a truckstop, and I looked for the nearest medical center, in case he needed to go. I found Banner Estrada Medical Center was less than 3 miles from where he was at. He went there this morning, and said that he had a very positive experience there. His doctor, and all that took care of him, were very professional, polite, and efficient. He said the whole process, from the time he got there, signed in, and seen, to the time he was released, was very positive. He said his doctor was never in a hurry, or rushed, just focused on his care, and helping him find the cause of his pain/discomfort. His doctor was Dr. Jason Lee Grimsman. He helped him find out the problem, and gave him relief from his pain. He said that if he ever was in the area again, he would go there again. Being a truckdriver at a truckstop, far away from home, and anxious about being in a strange town, from out-of-town, and not knowing what was wrong with him, it was a great relief to have had such a positive experience, and feel much better by the time he left. We wanted to share this, so that others will know in case they are needing emergency care, and also thank the hospital, doctor, nurses, and other staff members for the quality care that they rendered to my husband. He said he would highly recommend them.

it's worth the drive to go anywhere else. I left after 8 hours of waiting for my x-rays results. I'm covid positive and advised the staff the guy at the front desk told me just to sit wherever there was sitting. I'm coughing and having horrible chest pains and no help. please go somewhere else.

I had a surgical procedure done here in June 2021. I have to say from the moment I walked in the front door to the time I left, all the staff were friendly, kind and truly compassionate towards any needs that were needed. Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE STAFF, horrible service, horrible EVERYTHING! The girl who took vitals was disgusting with dirty scrubs and un fine hair. Nasty nasty female. The nurse who asked me what was happening was rude. No consideration for anything. He was very unprofessional. I waited for over 4 hours to be seen. This hospital has HORRIBLE service.

Been sitting here for almost three hours after I told the clerk I’m having breathing issues this is horrible

this place is horrible. when I went in to be induced. it was taking awhile and they put me in a hall where no one was at. they didnt even have my stats on the screen. when I told the nurse I think something isnt right she laughed and told me its bc i am nervous about being a new mom. then when my daughter was 2 she was really sick and the er nurse stuck a thermometer up her butt to get her temp and that traumatized her he must have did it wrong or hit something in there they also during the same visit gave her a straight catheter that she didnt even need. now my daughter always cries NO BUTT MOMMY NO BUTT. MY TOOTSIE HURTS OWEE. I will not be back.

It takes wonderful care of you the nurses are fantastic doctors are great and they have wonderful wonderful food

the ER was so amazing. they took such good care of me there. banner Estrella thank you for all that you did for. the nursing staff was amazing. kind of asked for a better Hospital in a better stay. thank you to all your nursing staff and doctors also.
