Horrible facility in regard to payment plans. Will only allow 6 months of payments on astronomical amounts. The payment they forced me into is as much as a car payment and they have been completely unreasonable in working with me to a better payment. I’ve been having to call and negotiate like it’s a car sale it is unbelievable. They are completely uncaring of people having monetary troubles and not being able to afford massive payments on a monthly basis. Highly recommend NEVER using this facility if you need a payment plan.

Worse part is in ICU a different Doctor every 3 or 4 days, a different infectious disease Doctor ever so many days etc. nobody is on the same page. Kept asking for specialist on the first few days and all they sent were ethics Drs. Told me 3 different times there was nothing more they could do - he condition had gotten so bad. I begged to transfer him to Banner U - no didn't see a reason. Well let's just say - everything was misdiagnosed and wrong treatment that almost killed him. Dr John was nice but he was the only one - everybody else basically wanted me to shut up and watch my husband die.

Had a liver mapping procedure performed here. The service was amazing the nurses and doctors did a great job and made it easy with an in and out time just as promised. Everything moved along at scheduled times which is rare in AZ. I was very impressed by everyone involved in my care during my time here.

I did not receive health care here personally but I came as a visitor and I slipped and fell on some water in the lobby area and when I went to report what happened, the security guard Vicki said, "Well, what do you want me to do?" She did not write up a report of the incident or even take my name. I was not impressed by her at all. I was told by the house supervisor I could be seen in the ER by the doctor to assess my injury but they would probably charge me. I had a visible injury and there is a video of me slipping. One would think if they were to fall on hospital property the hospital would try harder to make sure they seemed concerned. If the security guard's lack of concern is any indication of the kind of medical treatment this hospital gives then good luck to anyone who goes there.
