Wow I’m impressed the atmosphere lovely the ladies at the front desk and the nurse are very friendly and I am already getting good vibes from the Dr. great fantastic job my friends I’m so very comfortable 🤭 I ain’t never had a Dr come out to get me for my appointment before wow I feel comfortable
My grandson was in the NICU for a few months. terrible experience.
I’ve been a patient here for 9 years seeing maybe 5 doctors, each for 2 years or less until they graduate. I’ve always liked the front office staff and the doctors. I even used a therapist in this office who completely changed my life for the better. Right now I have Miller-Munoz for my doc and she is the most thoughtful doc I’ve had so far, totally in-tune with details and showing compassion along the way. There are good hearts here!
Dr. Kumar is wonderful. I just completed a comprehensive positive review on Banner Health. I want to spend the effort to do it again here. Even though she is well worth it.
The clinic is convenient, flexible, has telehealth option and it's easy to make an appointment. I've loved working with my physician.
I was in their inpatient treatment for my mental health issues and they were the best in helping myself out with my treatment. The nurses and the techs were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for your personal care.
Interactions were extremely helpful and treatment was an enlightening experience
Will lie about accepting AHCCCS MercyCare when scheduling your appointment, then lie about accepting it AGAIN when confirming the appointment. Will make you wait a month for an appointment after telling you multiple times they accept your insurance and then when you arrive for the appointment will then tell you that they don't have any providers who accept that insurance.
Went through all of the hoops of the initial appointment and started on a treatment plan. When I reached out through their portal to talk to my doctor, I was told that’s not an option. I had concerns about my treatment plan, but I was given a call back by an administrative assistant and was told the only option was to trust my doctor’s professional opinion but that a message could be passed on. She then asked me if I wanted to cancel my follow-up appointment. Sure! Sounds like they don’t take any feedback seriously-just ready to drop people after doing the appointment and collecting their money. I am now looking for a new hospital and doctor which will take my concerns into account so that I can get the medical help I need.
Dr. Crookham was very knowledgeable and attentive. He took the time to get to know me and was overall very empathetic. The office staff was also friendly in appointments and insurance questions.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
