This is the only Banner Urgent Care I'll go to. Everyone is professional, helpful, caring, thorough, friendly...and knows what they are doing. The facility is spotless and organized. Today I had Dr Freddy. A genuine great guy, and all of the above. I love my PCP who is closer to me, but I'll go here first unless I need bloodwork or referral. Thank you so much♡

Just brought my daughter here who has been throwing up for 2 days and has seen blood in her vomit. Diarrhea as well and told them she had extreme pain in her stomach. I am guessing it was because they were closing in 30 minutes but they did no IV, no lab work. Sent a prescription for zofran and told her to pick up Pedialyte. Paperwork states “if you develop ANY abdominal pain or increasing symptoms or fever go to the emergency room”. Well, 1. She told you she had extreme pain in her stomach and 2. She threw up the second she got home. All I can say is the PA, Lance, thank you for nothing and I sure hope you got home on time.

Even though it was very crowded this evening all of the staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciate the time taken to examine my toddler son and provide me with useful information. Thank you!

Made an appointment online, and showed up at 12 minutes after the appointment and they bumped me. They advertise sports physicals but when I got there, they said I needed the paper from my kids school which I have no idea what that is. I tried to say I would go home and print it out even though I don’t know what I’m looking for, and they said that if I leave that that would I would lose my spot in line so I can give them one star because there’s no selection for zero stars.
