Ricky and Victoria are amazing!!! I had to go to urgent care after slicing open my thumb. Both of these medical assistants were amazing Ricky helped me with the whole check in process and Victoria assisted the doctor and helped me calm down provided a Gatorade to help rehydrate and calm down during the whole process these two are fantastic.

I have visited Banner Urgent Care on Tatum and Thunderbird several times. From the front office to the back office, Drs. PA's and assistants, I only have praise. The nicest, friendliest and most courteous staff imagineable. I have never felt rushed. I will not make an appt. anywhere else should I need Urgent Care.

Made an appt for 215pm was not seen until almost 330pm. Told NP I hurt ankle and foot was hurting due to walking on it to accommodate but she insisted it was foot and didn't even look at my ankle that I injured! Waste of my time and money.
