I set an appointment for my 23 month old for a virtual appointment for 4:45 today first off I get a text 30 minutes before the appointment that they don't see children under the age of two virtually. This would have been great information to know when setting the appointment I could have done something else sooner..!! I am a busy mom with a full-time job and don't necessarily have the time to do something early in the morning therefore I set a 4:45 appointment very poor communication to the patient. Second I try to call the location and there's a voicemail saying it's temporary closed so not only online is it not showing temporarily closed their website is still accepting appointments at this location absolutely ridiculous. I should have just went to next Med or something instead of wasting my time with Banner Health. And after reading the reviews on how patients are treated I'm 100% glad I didn't let any of them diagnose my child

Will not go back here again. Turns out my husband has an infection in his kidneys and they did not thing about it. They were more concerned and concentrated on damn covid then to help my husband with his kidney pain. I swear they took a look at his urine, saw it was dark in color and simply told us he needed to drink more water. Keeping in mind we were there early in the morning after he woke up and hadn’t had time to drink anything so of coarse it was dark. Then we couldn’t get ahold of anyone over the phone for days during working hours to ask about the covid result. We were told an automated call would come in and we heard nothing. Just a bad experience all the way around. We will take our health care needs elsewhere.
