A+ experience. Thank you to Deborah, Pearl, and all the professionals we saw at Banner Urgent Care on Friday night with our 11 year old daughter after her bike accident. She had a fractured arm and they took such good care of her. We are so thankful!

I have been to several urgent cares/banner urgent cares. This specific location was very good. The provider was prompt, kind and professional. I really appreciated the entire experience and would definitely come here again

I saw Jaylene Osena, NP on Monday 10/2/23. She was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. At the conclusion of our visit, she ordered x-rays, which were taken next door at Banner radiology. Jaylene told me that she would call me as soon as she heard any results and she did after 2 hours. She reviewed her findings as well as the radiologist report and answered all my questions. This is my second time at Banner urgent care at this site and sure enough Jayleen was there the first time I came in. When she entered the examining room on Monday, she looked up at me and said I remember you! She and her staff are incredible! Highly recommend this provider!!

Made an appointment online before going. Even though I arrived on time, I still had to wait 1 hour to get into a room. After that I waited a half an hour to see a provider. And then another wait for x-rays. They did not appear busy at all. There were three people in the waiting room when I got there. I really don't understand the concept of making an appointment, of it is not followed.The Provider was excellent. The rest of the staff could use more training.
