came in for covid treatment. i was laying on the waiting room floor wheezing for 40+mins and a 145 bpm until they had me come in and they told me i was considered too young and healthy to be perscribed treatment, despite having preexisting conditions they refused to see proof of. Though it was not something i currently had medical record of speficic to Arizona, I have current legal documentation of work accommendations due to having a disablity that gives me a higher chance of complications due to long covid. They also refused to document that i was denied treatment as that would "be considered a violation" despite seemingly having a reason to have denied me they could only tell me by word of mouth. It looked like one of the nurses was recording me sobbing in my car before i drove away. ive found nothing online proving their policy on distributing paxlovid. One of the nurses commented on the reason I was struggling to breathe was because I was wearing a high grade KN95 mask, despite showing me that my CO2 levels were okay. Very unprofessional and unempathic staff regarding covid.

Love coming to this location! Sarah the provider goes above and beyond! She gives exceptional care and support. Ashley the medical assistant made our experience wonderful, my kids also loved her. Everyone had amazing customer service. Very friendly and welcoming

I made an appointment online. We were seen quickly and the NP was thorough and friendly. The lady at the front desk was also friendly and efficient. Thank you! We were in and out, including an x-ray, in about an hour and 15 minutes.

This is my go-to Urgent Care. I can go online and make an appointment that works for my schedule. The waiting room is roomy. Staff is friendly and courteous. The exam rooms are clean. The medical care providers take the time to explain everything and answer questions.
