I've treated with Dr. Lipschitz for nearly 30 years. She is smart and knows what she is doing. I consider her to be a part of my family having treated with her so long. What a delightful and lovely woman!

Friendly enough staff but I've had my issues. Thought I broke my leg and at least wanted my sprain checked out but they said they couldn't get me in for TWO weeks and I was a patient there already. Try and call in for my refills and they wouldn't check the message on time before my doctor would leave so she could write the script, then when this would happen at the end of the week, I'd have to wait through the weekend and of course on Monday's she wasn't in so I would have to call again on Tuesday and wait another couple more days just to get my meds. Place was a PITA sometimes.

Can't get through to Dr. Lipschitz, experiencing side effects that were not explained although it is in my chart! No a new patient. Every time the assistant Martha talks down to me Another friend found a new Dr., after having the same treatment Overcharged me for testing and visit s.

Dr. Lipschitz has been an exemplary doctor to me for 25 years. She is extremely thorough, and takes time to fully understand any issues. Additionally, she is charming.

My name is Doug. I have been a patient of .Dr. Lipschitz since I was in grade school. She has been a great doctor. She's very professional. I have the upmost respect for her. She always has a smile on her face and that smile can be contagious, which is a good thing. Dr. Lipsschitz, if you read these comments, I just want you to know that I love and respect you. I’ve been going to Dr. L for about 9 years now and she has been great! What I like most about her is that she fully explains things to you so that you are comfortable with the treatment(s.) She also has a great list of specialist referrals should you need one. Appointments have been super easy to make and I’ve never had a problem getting in right away.

If it wasn't for Mary the RN and the MA. They are excellent, I wouldn't be going there. After so many years of being a patient of Dr Lipschitz, she still needs to look at the intake to know who I am.

I saw Dr. Lipschitz first when I was advocating for my Mother before she died. Dr. Lipschitz tested my Mother thoroughly and was the only professional to find Kidney problems. Dr. Lipschitz proved herself competent and caring and was the only Doctor who called me after my Mother died and sent me flowers. I have learned Dr. Lipschitz's strengths and weaknesses and organize my questions accordingly. I became an informed consumer! I became her patient a few years ago. I have been seeing Dr. Lipschitz since about 2002. Yes, the office can be disorganized, like many doctor's offices. Getting a timely response to a request usually means I have to go to the office and stand at the front desk until whatever I need is handled. The staff is more stable at present. Ask for additional phone and fax numbers to reach the support people, like the doctor's assistant. Gets you a faster response. Punctuality varies on the time of day and what has preceded your visit.
