If you are someone that has be struggling to lose weight this is the place. Dr Bassi is awesome, he will spend as much time as you need explaining the program and stick with you during your weight loss journey. What I love about this program, is that you check in every week for a weigh in. And every other week you will sit down with Dr Bassi and go over your weeks ups and downs. I’ve been going for 5 weeks and have lost 18 pounds. Because this is a clinical doctor’s office your insurance may pay for the office visit with Dr Bassi. As a review of Dr Bassi, I enclose a copy of the letter I sent him on the evening of my visit to his office on March 7, 2022. If you are looking for your first PCP or if you are trying to find a new PCP I highly endorse Dr. Bassi as more than worthy of your consideration. I can confirm at this time that he is accepting new patients.-----------------------------------"Dr. Bassi, while I am in possession of a pretty decent vocabulary; I am unable to call to this keyboard the words that best express my feelings and impressions of my appointment with you today. Thank you for taking the time to treat me. More importantly, thank you for taking the time to be interested and concerned about me as a person and my overall medical profile.I have spoken with several friends this evening and was effusive in my rendition of how you treated me as a person first, a patient, second.Several, are very unhappy with their PCPs and asked if you were taking new patients. As I recall, you said you were. I would like to confirm that with you so as to prevent you and your staff from being inundated with people inquiring as to your availability, if indeed you may not be. Once you reinforce my recollection that you are accepting new patients, I will encourage them to call you.In closing......"Thank you." I have met Dr. Bassi a few times for consultation, and I am thoroughly impressed with his patience. He intently listens to my concerns and address them quickly and effectively. His practice is perfectly equipped for in-person care, and given the dangers of the pandemic, his practice alternatively offers tele-medicine consultation, which is hugely impactful. Dr. Bassi is very unique as he doesn’t just centralize to one solution - he offers a myriad of ways to solve problems, and as a result is very accommodating. Thank you Dr. Bassi!

Very impressed with the customer service that Dr. Bassi showed me. Firstly, he allowed his staff to be off for Christmas and was willing to take me in when all other surrounding urgent cares were closed. He was thorough in his examination, and his follow up care has been great. Coming from someone who has not had a primary care physician since I was a kid, it was an overall great doctor visit experience. He was able to point me in the right direction, and has made himself available on a personal level which was a nice touch as well.Highly recommend his services, and will be back when I am in that side of the valley!

I found Dr Bassi to be very thorough and he spent plenty of time with me focusing on my health condition. I didn’t feel rushed like with other doctors. He is an exceptional doctor who listens well and applies his knowledge to helping his patients. I highly recommend this doctor.
