After about an hour, saw Dr Shafer who was great. Fortunately no major issue found. The MOST frustrating part of my visit was the fact that it took about an hour for the office to find my referral. It had been sent several days before and twice while waiting. The referral was finally found after 3 front office staff got involved. Question-in this day of “everything online” how can this happen?

A few years ago Dr. Shafer repaired my shoulder and it has been a perfectly good shoulder since. I have seen Dr. Shafer twice now for knees and will be seeing him again in the future it seems. I trust his judgment and quick response. PA is also an efficient added bonus to every visit.
