List of Bruce A Kletscher's Reviews
I have been a patient of Dr. K for some 20 yrs? He is a wonderful person, friendly, smiling all the time, professional who in my opinion is the best in his field with YEARS of experience. He recently guided me thru a potential cancer scare, up to and including a biopsy under general anesthesia. He called me with the results as soon as he had them, and all is well. Never a problem getting an appt. when needed. Wait times in waiting area and exam rooms are always reasonable for a very busy office. I would never go anywhere else, and I highly recommend Dr. Bruce Kletscher to anyone needing a highly professional Urologist.
The worst!! Dr.(??) Kletscher is a "hurry up and rush through the procedure and run to the next patient" butcher. He released my husband from a cystoscopy in-office procedure, left him bleeding onto the floor and was "too busy" to come back to the outer hallway to check out and repair the situation. As a result, permanent damage was done. He's a "Hot Shot" and, potentially, dangerous.
This place needs to be shut down, MAs and Doctors hiding the fact they have covid, are unmasked, exposing customers and their own staff. This is suppose to be a doctors office right? Don’t go here, there’s better out there
He saved my dad from a horried motorcycle accident and he lost his leg and like seven years later boom he had me so obviously he did something right thank you dr.Kletscher
Literally the worst experience of my life. Went in for a vasectomy, I had to contact the office myself to get and pre procedure updates. Was advised different steps by Bruce Kletcher and 4 different members of his staff. The procedure was botched and was recommended for surgery. I had to clean myself up after he stitched me back up and told me to wipe of the iodine to avoid dry skin. No nurse or anyone gave me updates in regards to upkeep of my current wound. The staff seemed irritated at any question I asked. Was advised I needed to go under to complete the process and couldn't even provide me a surgery date and were irritated I asked if this could be done sooner than later. Literally the worst medical experience I've ever had from start to finish. Currently looking for a Urologist to complete my procedure because I don't trust this office anymore. All 5 star reviews are from fake accounts. This is literally the worst medical office for any type of procedures. Debating about going to the medical board regarding what happened todaym
You will never find a more companionable caring doctor. He listens follows thru and puts you at ease. I've been going to dr. Kletcher for over 15 years and ❤ him to death
Dr. Kletscher is a good doctor with a nice bedside manner. The office is beyond horrible. After a trip to the ER and insertion of a catheter, I learned that they have outsourced appointment-making. I told the scheduler I'd been to the ER and wasn't asked how I was or about my condition. Docs have no time in their schedules for patients with urgent matters. Dr. Kletscher could see me in FOUR WEEKS. I saw a PA who discussed a long term plan, but not catheter removal, and was given an appointment in over 3 weeks. When the catheter became extremely painful, I called and got an appointment with a different PA the next day. At check-in they said my appointment was cancelled. No explanation or apology. I refused to leave until I was seen by a PA (Chris), who was great - the only person in the practice who cared about what was happening to me. I was asked it I wanted Dr. K to call and of course said yes. He never did. This office has sacrificed patient care for dollars. Stay away
The call center for this office is so bad it is absolutely impossible to reach a human being in the Phoenix office. The doctor prescribed a medication that he warned might not be covered and might cost a lot. He was right. Not covered and cost $550 a month. He said to call him if an alternative prescription was needed. When a patient calls, a computer answers. The computer asks you to state your problem or reason for calling. If the computer does not understand, as it did not in our case, it just keeps going in circles, with no way to get the caller out of the loop. The key phrase is: "I need to speak to a person."Then you are transferred to a call center in India. The human finds your chart and says he will try to reach someone in the Phoenix office, but he may not be able to, and the phone call might be dropped, in which case he will send an email to the Phoenix office asking them to call you. So sure enough, the call center guy could not reach the Phoenix office and sent an email to the Phoenix office. But no one called. You could try going through the company website's "contact us" form. We tried that. No luck.We called back the Phoenix office again the next day and tried a different phrase on the computer: "Connect me to Dr. Kletscher's medical assistant," Again, the call was transferred to the call center in India, where we were put on hold twice while the representative tried to reach someone at the Phoenix office, but could not.Apparently the only way to get through to the office is by actually driving there in person.Good luck.

Very difficult to get past the screening for appointment. It felt like I was talking to a credit card complaint center. Once appointment was made it was relatively easy to register on line. The staff seemed overwhelmed even though the office did not appear to be busy. The exam was ok but narrowly focused on the specific area of my complaint. A treatment plan was given. This included a prescription which was sent to my pharmacy. It was not covered and the office will not take care of the paperwork needed for prior authorization. I asked that the prescription be sent to another pharmacy. I checked prices myself and the second pharmacy was 1000 dollars cheaper. Multiple phone calls have been made by me, and still no Rx. I have never been treated so poorly by any medical practice. It is the worst service I have encountered by any medical office and any business period. I would avoid this practice.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
