The staff were nice and pleasant. However, I did not care for the dermatologist they assigned me. I had told them on the phone that I needed a female Doctor and they gave me a male Jeff Bosley, I had also reminded them when I got there for the appointment. I felt like he was talking down to me, and was not allowing me to take an active part in my treatment. I felt like he was selling me on a treatment plan that was not financially sustainable for me. After verbalizing that he I quote said "well you can try the generics but I'm telling you now you'll be wasting your time". If I can't afford the treatment plan how am I supposed to comply with it? After taking careful consideration I decided that I would not be going back. This is not a place I would personally recommend to anyone. I added a star because their face cleanser and moisturizer did clear up my face a lot, it was worth it to find these products at least.

If it weren't for the pain of the freezing the appointment would have been almost enjoyable. J.B and assistant from Omaha took good care of me.

Kaitlin was my skin care specialist and did a fantastic job. She is so relatable and makes you feel at home. She gave me great options to receive the best results for my skin. She always made sure I had her email before leaving so I could contact her whenever I needed to. So impressed with this office!
