Dr. Bourne is AMAZING. She has the most caring and kind bedside manner of any doctor I have ever encountered. Her recommendations and attention following my breast cancer diagnosis were so appreciated and she was so easy to get in touch with. She answered all of my questions as thoroughly as possible and never made me feel rushed. She gave me hope and assured me that I would be well again. I'm so grateful to have had her in my corner and for the deep care she brings to her practice.

Everybit of the experience with this doc was horrible. Her staff has no follow thru and constantly chasing them. Doc always behind schedule. And was dx with breast cancer in nov and still no surgery by Feb due to her changing plans for my tx and the lazy staff. Went to CTCA and got excellent emergent care They explained everything and had all resources available and surgery and treatment immediate I have never been so disgusted by a doc that calls herself a breast surgeon. It’s a horrible dx and she careless/ no sense of emergency/ and not sure knowledgeable enough to b doing this

Knowledgeable, warm caring. If I had to have this horrible disease, I am glad she was the one who guided me through this journey.

Dr Bourne is a very competent, caring surgeon. I recently had a surgical breast biopsy and her treatment and skill was outstanding. I had minimal pain and bruising and her follow up care is just as comprehensive. I have the utmost confidence and trust in Dr. Bourne and would recommend all my family and friends to her. She is a sweet, caring person with a genuine concern for her patients well being. I searched many surgeons in the Valley and hit the “ jackpot when I was referred to Dr. Bourne.

I have been a practicing dentist for 48 years. My wife was in need of an excisional biopsy. I have not met a more knowledgeable, compassionate and caring surgeon then Dr. Bourne. Working out of Piper Surgery, a fearful experience, was handled with professionalism by all the wonderful nurses, Drs., and staff. I highly recommend Dr. Christi Bourne and the Piper Surgical Center.

Dr. Bourne was very thorough and caring. She spent time explaining the process and timeframes. Dr. Bourne was recommended to me by a good friend, and I can see why.

I was referred to Dr. Bourne and waited for 2 hrs to see her. She came in to the examining room and told me she doesn’t treat my condition and walked out. I still was billed ! I have called 4x and keep getting the run around from the office.

Dr. Bourne is amazing! She recently did a lumpectomy on me and I can't speak highly enough for her skill as a surgeon, care for her me as a patient, and intense listening to concerns from me and my husband. I had followed her for years since we have breast cancer in my family and I have known several women who she has performed surgery on who felt she was the best in Phoenix. I have nothing but respect and admiration for Dr. Bourne. She is kind, skillful, a great bedside manner, and deserves the accolades of her peers as one of Arizona's Top Docs.
