Walking in to the office I was confident that safety protocols were adhered to and enforced. Staff was friendly and efficient. I was escorted back to my exam room within minutes of arrival and the doctor was in the room within 10 minutes. The exam was thorough and I felt Dr. Kranc listened and heard what I had to say. Her assistant was pleasant and helpful.

Dr. Kranc is knowledgeable, personable, respectful, and not rushed. I did have to wait 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. She did apologize. She took care of some of my precancerous spots but a second appointment was needed as she did not have time to biopsy and remove the other spots.
