I requested that Dr. Rex remove a mole on my upper arm for cosmetic reasons. Instead of a light brown mole that I previously had, I now have a large pink deep scar and will no longer be able to wear sleeveless or short sleeves. If I had known that this would be a possibility, I would not have requested the mole be removed. Dr. Rex also decided to remove a small flesh colored crusty patch near my ankle. I now have a light pink scar there. Previously that crusty patch was not noticeable. It's very sad that my dermatologist left me scarred!

This doctor advised me to put a "hot rag" on my acne and it resulted in my face looking as red as a lobster. I was so embarrassed and my confidence was really low. I went to another provider and was diagnosed with cystic acne. The provider injected the acne with medication and overnight the acne was gone. Dr. Ugorji needs training and needs not to use home remedies on a patients skin.
