Cigna Medical Group's Online Review Report Card

Probably the worst service I have ever had- anyone requiring masks to get into a hospital obviously has no medical sense! A cotton or paper mask will not prevent a virus! I don't care what the CDC guidelines are!  they also told you to get a vaccination- I don't know one vaccinated individual who hasn't had or is spreading covid! I do however know 3 people personally that died after the second shot of stroke and many more hospitalized after the third or fourth shot!  So when do we start investigating as a medical facility instead of following government guidelines- it all went downhill with Obamacare- it has ruined healthcare in America!

We have been a patient of dr Adler for 28 years! Unfortunately She has retired. She was such a lady. Wonderful dr! Always going straight to the point never forgot our medical history. Attentive, listened when we had concerns, caring , loving and compassionate ! Seeing her on her last day was heart breaking. We couldn’t stop crying . She was the best of the best. Definitely at loss without her. She is greatly missed! there are moments when we hoping for her to change her mind and come back but that isn’t reality. She deserves her retirement. She unconditionally took care of us and hundred of other patients for 4 decades. Hope she is enjoying her time with her family :) We miss you Laura ! I completely agree with the comment about Dr Bitney! He was so AWESOME! He listened to me and was so knowledgeable! Best bedside manor. I felt very comfortable and he made sure that I did not forget anything I wanted to tell him by him asking me a few times if there was anything else. He ordered all my labs and testing and had all my referrals done so I was able to call them as soon as I got home! IMPRESSIVE!!!! I like how Cigna sends me a text as soon as anything is added to my online access. My test results are right there in two seconds! I can ask my doctor a question and set appointments right online. It actually amazing. Since I recently switched locations then I was lucky enough to get Dr Bitney. 5 stars for sure!

I Had the opportunity to meet up with Dr, Andrew Bitney to discuss my Post COVID symptoms. Dr.Bitney has excellent bed side manners, is knowledgeable, thorough and very patient . It was refreshing to see a physician not in a rush but empathetic and listening to your concern. He is at the Cigna Facility at 3805 E Bell Road #2100.I am fortunate to have made his acquaintance and will be switching over to him

I received the email from cigna to tell me look up at mychart fortest result but I did not see it. And when I try call many time, they always rush to hand up and do not help me anymore. Doctors are always rushed and spend no time listening to patients.

I received the email from cigna to tell me look up at mychart fortest result but I did not see it. And when I try call many time they always rush to hand up and do not help me anymore. I want to know where I can look up my result in my chart they try to put me away and do not give me clean any explaination it seem they always busy with another customer waiting on the line.

Doctors are always rushed and spend no time listening to patients.

Show up 10 minutes late trying to rush straight from work wait in line a few more minutes just to be told to reschedule. Need more leniency with patients being late by a short period especially when their waiting in line for the receptionist to get off the phone and check patients in front of you before they finally get to tell you that you’re too late First time I show up and the last time.
